Safe environments foster both student learning and employee well-being. This session will provide administrators with a framework for responding to reports of workplace violence and workplace violence hazards involving both staff and students. Topics include the interplay between SB 553/Workplace Violence Prevention Plans, IDEA/Section 504, Title IX, and a review of the significant changes to the Workplace Violence Restraining Order statute as of January 1, 2025.
