SuperEval is a leadership evaluation platform for Superintendents, School Boards, Central Office, and District/Site Leadership.

Based upon reflective practice theory, SuperEval puts the evaluatee in the driver's seat of their evaluation, empowering them to lead their evaluation and demonstrate how they are meeting and exceeding expectations.

SuperEval's unique process allows districts to use the rubrics of their choice, including many that are already on our platform, like the CPSELs.
