About me
I am the Chief Business Officer and Legal Counsel for the Cold Spring Elementary and Vista Del Mar Union School Districts in Santa Barbara County. I serve each district on a part-time basis. I have been representing public education institutions for 30 years. A graduate of University of Denver and Georgetown University Law Center, I also frequently provide facilities and construction consulting to school districts across California.
