In this session, we will discuss pension outcomes and why school employees need to participate in voluntary retirement plans. We will discuss what is a 403b and a 457b, how they differ, and how to choose the right one for you. We will give you key information that you will use for yourself and can also take back to your districts to help better educate your employees.
